Who We Are

Hi, I’m Brittany — founder of Destinations by Brittany, LLC, a Texas-based travel and event planning company. I help couples, groups, and businesses create unforgettable weddings, retreats, and getaways. I partner with trusted travel suppliers like resorts, airlines, cruise lines, and tour operators to bring your vision to life.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Deposits – All deposits and planning retainers are non-refundable and apply toward your final balance.

  • Final Payments – Due dates are listed in your signed service agreement. Missed or late payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

  • Changes & Cancellations – Subject to each travel supplier’s policies. Additional fees may apply.

  • Service Scope – Your package covers only the services listed in your agreement. Upgrades, add-ons, or changes may affect your total cost.

Responsibilities & Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, bankruptcies, or events beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for lost items, injuries, illnesses, or government/supplier decisions that impact travel.

  • Client Responsibilities: You must ensure valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements.

  • Independent Contractors: Destinations by Brittany, LLC may work with trusted independent contractors or third-party vendors. These vendors are solely responsible for their actions, omissions, or performance.

Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are subject to change until confirmed in writing.

  • Promotions are valid only during the stated period and may include additional restrictions.

  • Compensation for travel services is paid directly by travel partners. Planning and coordination fees are always disclosed upfront in signed contracts.

Refunds & Payment Disputes

  • All planning and coordination fees are non-refundable.

  • Supplier refunds (airlines, resorts, cruises, etc.) are not guaranteed and are subject to the supplier’s terms.

  • By booking through Destinations by Brittany, LLC, you agree not to dispute charges (chargebacks) once a supplier booking has been confirmed.

Privacy Promise

  • We collect your information only to book your travel or event.

  • We will never sell, rent, or trade your details.

  • By contacting us, you agree we can use your information for booking and communication purposes.

  • We use secure systems and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.

Governing Law & Disputes

  • These policies and agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

  • Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

  • By booking, you waive the right to join a class action.

Force Majeure

Destinations by Brittany, LLC reserves the right to adjust, reschedule, or cancel services in the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, or supplier bankruptcy.

Travel booking advantages are provided at no additional cost when clients book through Destinations by Brittany, LLC. All planner/assistant travel for on-site execution is included in quoted package prices unless otherwise stated in writing.
